The levels are higher, which is better but the pots are a little erratic, right and left don't seem to be the same?

Update to last weeks post--glad to see that the new #2, which had tried to keep my cd, has been replaced by the (refurbished, hopefully) old #2, which is, of course, more familiar, and therefore, easier to use. Thank You!!

dead air when I came in this morning... nothing playing through the booth computer.

update--I was able to "convince" it to spit out my cd (after numerous stop/play back and forth with eject, and some quick fingers as soon as it started to peek out), it may be that my cd is slightly warped, not enough for the drawer, but enough for this slot, to cause this problem (others used earlier were fine), but with the possibility that something could have gone out of alignment, I would avoid it until the engineer can check it out. Heads up and all that, y'all!

CD #2, our NEW cd player, won't eject my cd, it is stuck in there, slightly off track!! the cd players with drawers can be "prodded" to open and produce the cd, but this direct-load, like a car cd player, is a different story. NOT HAPPY!!!

Both Laptop 1 & 2 only registering on left channel on both Program and Switched sets and studio speakers. Listeners also report only hearing one channel. However headphones plugged into the Board jack or the Headphone rack console have music on both sides (but can't tell if they are separate channels.

Volume level very low right channel keeps cutting out on 1. Solved problem by bypassing box and going straight into board
