None of these four CD players would play the first track of a CD. The problem is not with the CD: I play it all the time in both a car CD player and my home CD player, neither of which are anything special. This happens so frequently I can't document it all the time or I'd sound like a broken record--or one of these CD players--but I figured I'd record it in this instance.

When I switched over to the Station Playlist at 12:30 PM, the level burst up into the red zone immediately, even though the red volume slider was all the way off! I had no idea how to address this, so I just kept playing music.

last week during my show, I spoke with a couple maintenance men who were outside the door (they had a little spare time while they were working on the service elevator, accessed thru the studio office), and asked them about the light, so they got a ladder, looked at it, tightened a couple things in the socket, so they got the light bulb to light again, solving part of the puzzle as to why it won't light when on air. however, now it;s on all the time, whether onair or not. the next step then seems to be to check the contacts in the board, then we can know if the problem is there, and you can fix it, or if it is still somewhere else, requiring one of the maintenance men to look at it again. been over a year that its been out, but with this recent look at it, thought you would like to know about it, to see if it can be fixed.

Text messages need to be reset/ rebooted, last one was from two weeks ago. People have been trying to text, a couple have called to asked if I saw their text, but I did not, it still displays the older ones.

3rd time I am submitting this issue. Turntable 1 continues to sound like crap. It needs at a minimum a new stylus and possibly a cartridge replacement. Also, the volume compared to all the other equipment is way too low and needs to be re calibrated.
